How do I get started?
To get started is easy, give us a call to pay the initial set up fee. Once this is in place you will receive an email with a link to your welcome pack. The welcome pack is an easy to follow step by step questionnaire that guides you through the process of telling us what you want your site to be like. Once this is completed and submitted back to us, we will get to work on your site.
How long does it take to get my site up and running?
After your welcome pack is submitted to us we will review it to check everything is completed correctly. If all is ok, normally it is just a matter of a few weeks for your site to go live. We do stress the importance of putting as much detail as possible in your welcome pack to make sure that the design we build is exactly what you want. If it isn't, redesigns do add time to the process.
Do you use templates or is my site fully bespoke?
Your site is fully bespoke. We do not use templates. Your site is unique to you.
What if I don't like my design?
We do it again. We want you to be 100% happy with your design so if we produce something and you feel it's not quite right, we will have another go. The only proviso is that you don't change your mind from what you have said in your welcome pack so if you asked for a red design and then change your mind and want it blue, an additional fee may apply.
Will my site show up on Google?
When your site is built we fully optimise for Google and the other search engines. We also submit your site so it gets listed promptly.
Can I sell my products online?
The Bespoke Package does not let you sell products online however our Ecommerce Package does.
Am I tied to a minimum term contact?
There is a minimum term of 12 months after which you can cancel by phone or email.
Can I make changes to my website myself?
Yes. Our easy to use content management system is included with this package so you can edit all the text and images on your site.
I already have a web address can I use it for my new site?
99.9% of the time yes. The only time this may not be possible is when there is a dispute over ownership.
Can we have a face-to-face meeting?
Most of the time we find that it is not necessary to meet face-to-face and we can pass on considerable savings to you by avoiding this cost however if you really want to meet up this can be arranged.
