Your website design will be bespoke and to your specification. When you sign up we will ask you to fill out our welcome pack which will ask you how you would like your site to look and for some examples of sites you like the look of and would like us to make your's similar in style to. Web Hosting
Once your site has been built it needs to be stored somewhere on the internet so that people can view it. Your website is hosted on our highly reliable modern servers so your site is always accessible to your visitors.

One of the best ways to help your customers find your website is to have an easy to remember web address. When you sign up we will ask you what web address you would like. If its available we will secure it for you so as that no one else can take it. This is completely free with our web design packages and we also cover the cost of the annual renewal fee.
Professional Email
Although you may not be ready to launch your business website just yet, you will want to start contacting potential suppliers and customers. To look as professional as possible we will set you up with a @yourcompany.co.uk email address. When you sign up you have a choice between three methods for your website's email. Webmail, you access your email through your web browser like Hotmail of Gmail. POP mail, access your email though a client program such as Outlook or Blackberry. Email forward, all emails sent to your @yourcomany.co.uk addresses are forwarded to your existing email account.

We know sometimes you'll want to speak with a human being when you are unsure about something or have a few questions about your site and our service. For this reason you can drop us a line at any time and we will be more than happy to help you with any concerns you might have.

The Process...
Sign-Up
The first step to getting your business online it to select the package you want and sign up. This will create your account on our system and set up all the relevant payments.
Complete Welcome Pack
Once you have signed up we will send you a welcome pack by mail or you can download it from our website. This pack asks you a few questions about your business and how you want your new website to look. In addition it asks you to provide any text and images you have to go on your site. Once completed you post the pack back to use.
Build Website Draft
Once we have received the welcome pack we put all the information together to create your site. From the brief you have provided, one of our designers will create a bespoke design.
Review Website
At this stage for most people your website is ready to go live, but just to make sure nothing has been left and to check everything is how you want we ask you to review the completed design and provide feedback.
Website Goes Live
Now that the site design has been signed off by you will proceed to put it live on the internet.
