How do I get started?
To get started is easy, give us a call to pay the initial set up fee. Once this is in place you will receive an email with a link to your welcome pack. The welcome pack is an easy to follow step by step questionnaire that guides you through the process of telling us what you want your site to be like. Once this is completed and submitted back to us, we will get to work on your site.
How long does it take to get my site up and running?
After your welcome pack is submitted to us we will review it to check everything is completed correctly. If all is ok, normally it is just a matter of a few weeks for your site to go live. We do stress the importance of putting as much detail as possible in your welcome pack to make sure that the design we build is exactly what you want. If it isn't, redesigns do add time to the process.
Will my site show up on Google?
When your site is built we fully optimise for Google and the other search engines. We also submit your site so it gets listed promptly.
Can I sell my products online?
The Starter Package does not let you sell products online however our Ecommerce Web Design Package does.
Am I tied to a minimum term contact?
There is a minimum term of 12 months after which you can cancel by phone or email.
I already have a web address can I use it for my new site?
99.9% of the time yes. The only time this may not be possible is when there is a dispute over ownership.
Can we have a face-to-face meeting?
The Starter Package is designed to be a very affordable way to get your business online. As a result we this package does not include face-to-face meetings to keep costs down. Our Bespoke Web Design Package does include face-to-face meetings if this is important to you.
